The repair service is for CB Computech Industrial PCs that are no longer under warranty.
You are welcome to send us your device for inspection and possible repair. We will carry out an initial inspection, taking into account your description of the fault. Before carrying out any repairs, we will provide you with a non-binding cost estimate. You can then decide whether you would like to have the repairs carried out.
There is a charge for inspection (incoming inspection), depending on the industrial PC in question. This charge is always payable, regardless of whether repairs are subsequently carried out. Before sending in your device, please fill out the repair form on the right-hand side. We will then contact you and inform you of the cost of the inspection (incoming inspection). You can then decide whether you want to send in the industrial PC for testing.
In the event of a repair, we provide a 24-month warranty only for the newly installed components, not for the remaining components or the entire industrial PC. If another component fails within 24 months (from the invoice date) or the entire industrial PC no longer functions, this is not covered by the warranty.

Guidelines for proper packaging
The goods must be packed in accordance with our packaging guidelines in the original packaging or comparable packaging. When packing your parcels, please ensure that they are securely sealed. This serves both as transport protection and proof of authenticity. We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper packaging of the goods.

Packaging guidelines (packaging of shipments, as well as inner and outer packaging).
Appropriate internal packaging is just as important as good external packaging. Internal packaging cushions and secures the product and ensures there is space between the individual items and the external packaging.
It is important that pressure- and breakage-sensitive shipping materials never come into direct contact with the external packaging or other items. Fragile items such as glass, ceramics, electronics, etc. require particularly careful packaging. Please ensure that there is at least 50 millimeters of space between the product and the packaging.
Packaging containing multiple products should also include dividers to ensure that all items are securely held in place and cannot slide around.
Outer packaging – Small products or accessories
When selecting a shipping box or cardboard packaging, it is important to ensure that it is the right size (for the contents plus padding) and sufficiently sturdy. Corrugated cardboard boxes are particularly suitable.
Depending on the weight, sensitivity, and size of the items being shipped, you can also use sturdy boxes made of solid cardboard, flexible packing paper wrappings, and shipping bags (padded or cardboard).
Outer packaging – Large products or accessories
All products or components larger than 32″ that have been packed in accordance with the packaging regulations described here must also be secured to a pallet and may only be shipped on a pallet. Loose shipments for products or components larger than 32″ (without a pallet) will not be accepted. The costs for this shall be borne by the sender.
