An AI must be specially adapted for the company, as it should ultimately automatically optimize processes and efficiency, learn, avoid errors and find the best solutions. For all this to work smoothly, data must first be collected. AI development consists of a multi-stage process. A self-learning algorithm is fed with existing data to learn patterns and regularities, make predictions and evaluate accuracy. The algorithm can then be fed with new data and the previously learned algorithm is applied to the new data.
With this optimized data, a model is created and trained (the more data the better) and model parameters are optimized. The training process is monitored to identify any problems. The model is evaluated using a validation set and parameters are refined. The best version of the model can now be selected. The model is tested again with separate data and can be transferred to productive operation after a successful run in a test environment.
