The repair service is for CB Computech Industrial PCs that are no longer under warranty.<\/span><\/h2>\n

You are welcome to send us your device for inspection and possible repair. We will carry out an initial inspection, taking into account your description of the fault. Before carrying out any repairs, we will provide you with a non-binding cost estimate. You can then decide whether you would like to have the repairs carried out.<\/p>\n

There is a charge for inspection (incoming inspection), depending on the industrial PC in question. This charge is always payable, regardless of whether repairs are subsequently carried out. Before sending in your device, please fill out the repair form on the right-hand side. We will then contact you and inform you of the cost of the inspection (incoming inspection). You can then decide whether you want to send in the industrial PC for testing.<\/p>\n

In the event of a repair, we provide a 24-month warranty only for the newly installed components, not for the remaining components or the entire industrial PC. If another component fails within 24 months (from the invoice date) or the entire industrial PC no longer functions, this is not covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The goods must be packed in accordance with our packaging guidelines<\/strong> in the original packaging or comparable packaging. When packing your parcels, please ensure that they are securely sealed. This serves both as transport protection and proof of authenticity. We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper packaging of the goods.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
